  • The building width is measured from the outside of the eave strut on one sidewall to the outside of the eave strut on the opposite sidewall. This does not include the width of Lean-To extensions or roof overhangs.
  • Defined as the longitudinal distance between the outer faces of end-wall steel lines, the length ensures the proper span and proportion of the structure.
  • The eave height is the distance from the bottom of the main frame column base plate to the top outer point of the eave strut. When columns are recessed or elevated, the eave height is calculated from the finished floor level.
  • The roof slope represents the angle of the roof relative to the horizontal plane. The most common roof slopes are 0.5/10 and 1/10, though any practical slope can be designed based on project needs.
  • The distance between the outer flange of the end-wall column and the centerline of the first interior frame column.
  • Measured between the centerlines of two consecutive interior frame columns. Standard bay lengths include 6 m, 7.5 m, and 9 m, though custom options are available.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all Arcedeges pre-engineered buildings are designed to meet:
    • Roof Live Load: 0.57 kN/m²
    • Wind Speed: Location Specific
    • Seismic Zone: Location Specific
  • Additional loads for snow, earthquake, crane operations, and collateral requirements can be included as per project needs.
  • All loads are applied in compliance with the latest American codes and standards for pre-engineered buildings.

Crane Beams

Designed to support different types of cranes, ensuring seamless movement along the building length. These crane beams are directly supported by the building columns.

Mezzanine Systems

Our mezzanine systems include profiled steel decks, built-up beams, joists, and intermediate support columns. The finished surface can be a concrete slab or steel checkered plates, providing flexibility for office, storage, or operational space.
