We have equipped ourselves with the best machineries having international standards and world class makes that serves the best quality with cost effectiveness. The Company has a strong technology focus. It has invested in state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities comprising laser cutting, plasma cutting, transfer presses and CNC machines, resulting in customized product manufacture. Besides, the Company created a repository of over 2,500 tools and dies, enabling it to manufacture a large product portfolio.

At Arcedges, We have a Safety Training Program to educate and to make our employees understand the importance of Health, Safety and Environment. We follow a strict PPE usage policy throughout all our Manufacturing Plants. Safe Operating Procedures for all machines and processes are strictly followed and are displayed throughout the shop floor. We have an emergency preparedness plan for all emergencies that could arise in the plant. To monitor the occupational health of its employees, Arcedges has a well-equipped medical facility with a doctor.
Quality Assurance
Arcedges places great emphasis on delivery of high quality products to its customers.Design and Manufacturing facilities follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures. All products manufactured must pass Stringent quality testing procedures, a standard inspection and testing plan is followed for all jobs.

Quality Control
QC inspection starts with checking of raw materials for compliance with specifications.
The product is inspected at all stages of fabrication for quality of welding and dimensional tolerances. Surface preparation and coatings are inspected.
All inspection records are retained on file for future reference.
Quality Planning
We are committed to process adherence through process improvement plans. This includes allocating human resources and funds for Products Research and Development, who work to implement good practices and maintain high standards in every project.
Validation and Verification
Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, reviews and audits are conducted regularly to identify
non-conformance and verify compliance.
Control of Non-conformance
This involves identifying and recording non-conformance, performing detailed analysis and subsequent resolution of any non-conformances.
Corrective and Preventive Action
When internal Quality Audits result in non-conformances, corrective action is triggered through corrective and preventive action plans. The effectiveness of all such plans is closely monitored. Customer complaints are recorded and detailed analysis is carried out. Corrective action is implemented with a view towards continual improvement.
