Arcedges Building India LLP Will endeavor to protect the health and safety of its employees, vendors, stakeholders, and the community at large and protect the physical environment in which the company activities and carried out. We aim to have a safe, secure, incident-free workplace and a goal of ‘’zero harm’’ to the people and partner in environmental sustainability and believe that a successful future for our business and the customers we serve.

To meet our commitment Arcedges Building India LLP will, 

• Demonstrate visible and active leadership that engages employees and service providers to manage health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance as a line responsibility.
• Ensure that all employees, contractors, and the people working in our organization understand that working safety is a condition of employment and that they are each responsible for their own safety and the safety of those around them.
• Identifying, evaluating, and controlling the risks and impacts associated with our activities through formal documentation, adopting the best practices, by implementing all practicable measures to ensure working conditions are safe and healthy.
• Manage our diverse activities in the plant/sites/office to prevent or minimize pollution and impacts on visual amity, air, water, and land.
• Strive to improve resource consumption efficiency and minimize waste generation in our operations throughout the plant & material supply and installation of our buildings.
• Developing and maintaining knowledge throughout the organization, by communication of information and through education and training of our employees and contractors.
• Continue to improve our Health and safety management system and environmental performance.
